Default Splitting up Forced Induction category

I tried locating a "Suggestion" link to no avail.

Any chance the Forced Induction category will be broken up into specific subcategories some time in the near future?

ex.

Turbo
Supercharger
Misc

I think this would makes things a lot easier for everyone. The site really does have a great wealth of information.

Why would there be an N/A subsection in the F/I category? That makes no sense what so ever.

Also I don't think there are enough Supercharger or Nitrous related threads for them to be their own section.

Splitting up the sections would just cause an even greater rate of commonly asked questions being repeated cause Lazy people wouldn't bother to look through all those sections.

Minus the NA I was just giving an example.

I have to disagree with you on your last statement. If the sections were split up you would have LESS commonly asked questions regarding specific topics. It's easy to say to someone..."use the SEARCH feature"...but if you have to keep saying it..then there's a problem.

it would be nice to have a SC section that isnt bumped every 2-3 posts with a thread saying "e-bay turbos, any good???", lol, but i feel we can all learn from each other as most forced induction setups carry the same type of parts and principles. plus, the more people looking at your thread, the better help you can receive.

I hate multiple sub-categories just because there are so many other forced induction related topics regardless of engine series or the type of induction system used.

It's sort of like trying to divide the forum into horsepower level...LOL So all us 500+ WHP guys can skip reading all the 200-300WHP bolt-on turbo crap and weed out the BS, correct? lol
