Default Spark plugs for turbo.....

OK, I have zex spark plugs right now, and they went bad because of some minor issues (my car was running badly rich for awhile, and lean before it...yeah yeah yeah) anyway, I've heard that NGK's are the best, so I want to get some, but I can't figure out which ones are 2 step colder. Help me out guys, which ones do I need, or should I just get zex plugs again? Thanks!

if your's are bpr6es-11, then you want bpr8es-11....then middle number (not letter) determines the heat-range.
