Default spark plugs

what spark plugs do i need to run on my 94 civic ex d16z6 turbo charged. i want to run 20 lbs i know i need to run colder. i have an engine that is built for my turbo 9 to 1 compression

2 steps colder should be fine. NGK's is what I'd reccommend.

when i was SOHC i ran a gap of 27 and bkr7e NGK plugs. worked fine for me. at 13psi
