Spark plug question...
Has anyone tried the ZFR7F-11 NGK plug? It says on the box that its a "projected gap type" plug. I've also seen these called "Extended reach" spark plugs. Has anyone tried these? I'm sure they're fine for turbo but just wondering since they are different from the plugs I have now...

Re: Spark plug question... (TurboTypeR98)
I know others might say it works fine but I had to do a change on my plugs and used the ZFR's and I was getting a weird stall and didn't feel to smooth, to say the least I chucked those plugs quick and went back to the BKR7e-11's . But thats just my case.

gapped at .32, stock ignition. But like I said that was my situation and hell it may have been just paranoia but I know there was something I didn't like about them.

I too just changed out my ZFR7F-11's for BKR7E-11's. My acceleration is much smoother. I think I'm going to stick with the BKR7E's.

Re: Spark plug question... (racer4200)
I put the ZFR7F-11's in today and they seemed a little better then the plugs I had(7 heat range but don't remember the exact name)....But that might just be because my plugs were pretty old. I had them gapped at .028 when I put them in, but when I took them out the gap was up to about .045. I'll see how these new plugs do...

Re: Spark plug question... (puffy)
You basically bend the metal curved piece(don't know the technical term) at the end of the plug so that the gap is smaller(plugs usually come gapped too large for a turbo honda) and then you use a spark plug gapper tool to widen the gap to whatever you want. So basically you are bending the curved metal piece to the correct gap.
