Default Spark Plug Question

i have a 97 integra LS, witch iam yurbo charging, how many steps colder should i go for my spark plugs, and what should i gap them to, thanks

you can use 1 step colder, and gap them .25-30, is good

thats fine but alot of high hp cars use stock heat range because they rather burn a 2 dollar plug than a piston.
