Default Spark plug gap and Injectors

I am looking for answers on what gap to set my denso Ir. plugs and what injectors should I be running with my setup.

I have a B16a2 with a greddy turbo kit... The kit came with 310 injectors... What are stock injectors and are my injectors (now) big enough.

Did your Greddy kit come with any engine management? And if not, what is your hp goal?

set the gap to .28 and those 310cc are kinda small. if you plan to run more than 6psi or so, you need to upgrade.

For plugs i would use NGK BKR7e's at a .28-.32 gap. The injectors are a little small, but using the ~6cc/whp you can figure out approximately what they're good for.

310cc x 4cyl = 1240cc total
1240cc / 6cc(per whp) = 207whp with a safe injector duty cycle approximately in the 75-85% range.

I'm looking for 300+ whp... So if iI get the RC 750 cc, they are over kill but they would be good up to 500whp

as for the spark plugs... I have already bought Denso IK22 and IK24 plugs... I put the 22's in yesterday and they made a work of diff... I set the gap .27-.30

A greddy kit is not ideal for 300+ whp.... that's one of the reasons it only came with 310's.

You have some searching to do.

"Your search for greddy dyno returned 49 results."

You're going to be pushing that Greddy kit to hit 300whp. If you want that much power, i suggest a new setup. With the Greddy, you'll be good around 240-250whp. Another thing to consider is the fact that the Emanage wont work with a larger injector; therefore, you'll have to ditch that and move up to something like Crome/Hondata/AEM, etc...

As for the injectors, a set of 440 or 550cc should work fine. The 440s are good to about 300whp and the 550s to about 380.

I'm sure i'm like everyone else... I'm not made of money so I am stuck with the greddy kit... I am switching to OBD1 and tuning on that till I can afford something else... also ditching the emanage
As for the injectors... I was thinking the 750cc were a bit much so I'll look for a good price on
some 550's
