If you dont know I have a 93 Hatch GSR turbo, the car had beed running perfectly the day before. Then I went to start my car yesterday and it started but was running really sputtery, then it died and. It was a little low on gas so I figured maybe it was out of gas. So today I fill up a thing of gas and add it to my car. Tried to start the car and got the same thing sputterd like twice then died. Now it will hardly even start, I am gonna check spark in a few hours when my friend gets home. But does anyone have any ideas what I should check??

 

Check spark and fuel. See if your plugs are fouled or not and then check if you got the right amt of fuel going in.

 

check the plugs. happened to my integra and my plugs were fouled. changed the plugs and no problem.

 

This happened with my si also.

 

Yah im hoping..they didnt look horrible but by no means were they good.

 

swap plugs, check fuel regulator and vac lines, check fuel pump fuse. if it still doesnt run right do a compression test.

 

Where is the fuel pump fuse?

 

usually its number 15a under your hood in the fuse panel

 

there is also one under the dash on the integras, its not labeled but ive seen them blow after fuel pump problems so its somehow related. i think its different for every car.

Aite thanks everyone..but I solved the problem...like most of you said my Plugs were shot to hell...finding BKR7e's is a bitch...got them coming tomorrow tho. thanks

 

yeah most people dont have them try the r5671-a number 8 or 9 plug from NGK its the race version

 

Inline has some in stock I believe

 

Yah Im down in SOVA now at college in Radford...of course I was supposed to come back to NOVA today but that **** happend...special order will give me the plugs tomorrow then Ill be on my way boostin home.
