it looks like its the actual honda service manual that the honda mechanics use. Thats what i think it is anyways..i'm not 100%.

Helms is slimed down, the honda book has body repairs and other misc. stuff thats not covered in the honda manual. Frankly, if I didn't have a chiltons for my 96, i'd buy that. They're $50 new, and are worth every dime for a DIY person.
Anyways, yeah, looks just like my 96-00 Helms.
