I have a d16 and I have 16g turbo now if I got with the cartech fmu will that saffice or am I going to HAVE to change injectors right away or can I run low boost and be fine till I find a good deal.


Also can I ditch the whole FMU and get v-afc and just use dsm injectors and do it without fmu?


How hard is it to program a v-afc?

If I were you I would get the v-afc and a set of 450cc injectors. That setup is good for about 10-11psi. Eventually you need to get an upgraded fuel pump. I think they are doing a group buy on the fuel pumps right now, I would jump in on that.

 

FMU alone should be fine for now, as long as you do not boost alot. Yes you can replace the FMU w/a v/safc and dsm injectors as long as you know how to program it.
