Default sohc t25 setup

ok so first off my names mike . i am the proud owner of a 1993 del sol s ( 5 speed ) i currently have the stock d15b7 block with a non vtec 1.6 head thats been port and polished. i have msd coil , dizzy cap , 9mm wires . im also new to the forums . i been looking for the answers to the questions im about to ask with no luck. im going to be running the following setup and want to know of any problems to look out for during the build from people that have actually done this and have exp. not just people ranting off things that might happen . a lot can happen i know that i just wanna know common things with to look forward to . and also does anyone have a picture of the coolant line coming off TB that i can use to run feed and return from turbo?

so this is the setup ill be running...

HF MANIFOLD - off 88-91 crx hf / 92-95 civic cx/vx
HF to t25 flange
t25 turbo off 95-98 eagle talon tsi/awd or eclipse awd
dsm 450cc injectors
HKS Super SQV
crx resistor box
F.M.I.C & piping ebay kit
walbro fuel pump
chipped ecu from xenocron ( tuned with crome )
oil take off adapter from xenocron
S.S oil return & feed line kit ebay
ARP heatstuds & cometic gasket

a little more about my car i just rebuilt the motor about 5k miles ago i plan on running about 10 psi on this setup . and from my research i've found a lot of people say it looses breath in higher RPM's . is there anything i can do to prevent this besides upgrading to a bigger turbo ? this will be my first turbo build and i would like to use the t25 for learning purposes and so i hopefully don't blow the motor ( i have a heavy foot and because my car is a loud honda people always want to race me ). i forgot to mention this will be my DD

thanks in advance
and sorry if this is hard to understand i having racing thoughts i tend to bounce around abit
and like i said please dont fill this thread with crap only people who actually have done this or helped someone do this and know common things to look out for . or the answers to my questions

i'm no pro but I would say that pushing >7 psi on that motor if the bottom end is stock is going to blow it up. You will 100% need some professional tuning also. A "chipped ecu" will not run that car.

I don't see 7psi with that turbo blowing that motor. It's how much power his motor can handle rather than how much psi he's putting to it, 7psi on that turbo is different than 7psi on a gt35r and everything. however, he is correct about get the vehicle tuned and all.

i know i need it tuned and it will be dyno tuned with crome . im not interested in the tuning i guess i should have mentioned that tuning is not an issue . im more concerned about what to look forward to during the install . for example i would like to know how to run the coolant line , a picture would be nice . also is there something i can do to prevent the turbo from loosing breath in higher rpm's? ( besides upgrading to a larger turbo )

the turbo loses breathe because it spools up very fast. it's a tiny turbo. We did a similar setup on my buddy's eg, we used the d16z6 with that turbo and ran about 8psi. tuned on crome, we made about 220whp. it ran great and with that kinda whp you won't notice it losing breathe. if you were aiming for 300-400whp with that setup than yea but you this turbo is perfect for the kinda whp you'll be making with your engine. don't worry about the turbo as much as you will about the engine, your engine will go before the turbo does. these turbo's are oem and designed to last 100,000 plus miles. as far as coolant, oil from sandwich filter to the top of turbo. bottom of turbo goes to bung that you weld on oil pan. then you can by the radiator adapter so you can t off a hose and you can run your anti-freeze coolant and return.

I have a Co-Worker who had a D Series Engine with the T25, he put on a 2mm Headgasket from Inline Pro and ran 17 to 21 PSI. Granted he blew his motor up atleast twice a year, but its a D-Serise, they are cheap and plenty full to pick up.

thanks
about the oil feed line i was gonna just use a T fitting from oil pressure bung , and i was reading that you can just use the colant line that runs from to TB to block/head or what ever is that true? and does anyone have a picture of said coolant line?

do you have any clue what you are talking about. xenocron has basemaps to run setups SIMILAR to his. and 7psi on his bottom end will not blow up with proper tuning.

yeah i dont think he does i assumed he was an idiot from the get go. i know 7 p.s.i is considered safe w/ this setup. but i dont think 10 p.s.i would blow my motor either ( if tuned properly ) .

so no one knows which coolant line i am talking about i've read other people use it for coolant feed and return all you gotta do is remove line and place turbo in the middle of it ( via new feed/return ) ?
