i was wondering can someone give me some help...i have a sohc zc in my 91 ef and i want to boost...should i go with the y8 head or the z6 head or should i just leave it zc...and show me some of your times and setups with these heads and how good it works

 

id stay with the zc as long as its in decent shape.. no reason to swap heads just for a few hp... just run a lil more boost..

 

yea..i know but my valves were giving up...
