i was wondering can someone give me some help...i have a sohc zc in my 91 ef and i want to boost...should i go with the y8 head or the z6 head or should i just leave it zc...and show me some of your times and setups with these heads and how good it works https://honda-tech.com/forums/images/smilies/emthup.gif

id stay with the zc as long as its in decent shape.. no reason to swap heads just for a few hp... just run a lil more boost..

yea..i know but my valves were giving up...
