I was just thinking about emailing you about your porting, then saw this post. I have the other first post bookmarked. what is current turnaround time?

3 angle valve job, porting, deshrouding, flow testing, surfacing, spring tests, pressure tests, etc runs $560 plus shipping for D's and ZC's. We shoot for a 2 week turn around time. Next project will be the B's..no time frame yet as to when that will be done. Remember, these are not all out cylinder heads like PortFlow, etc. Just a nice increase for the average guy.

Earl that looks great...you guys should of seen what that Head looked like before it was sent in. Anyways, I will be getting a dyno #'s with that head compared to the stock head. For those who haven't done business w/ earl before, this is not the first time i've paid for services/parts. He is a over all great guy, keeps in close contact and delivers whatever is agreed at great prices. Thanks again EARL

I will second that on the f22b1 work... when can we expect you to hit our market.
I will donate my head for testing if you promise to be nice to it.
Serious though... done forget F series SOHC's.

The nice thing about Honda ports is that they all seem to like the same modifications. No problem to do a F series. The first F we do will get the same postings as did the ZC and this D.
The sohc exhaust port was a pretty good design before modification so not a huge increase in flow but we were very happy with the intake gains.

The set up is:
Ferrea Valves (stock size, stuck w/ stock becuase my cam is upraded to stage 2)
Crower vales, springs, retainers
New OEM locks
Stock valve guides. I was steered into keep the valve guides instead of going bronze, but this came from a great source, so i stuck with that route.
Crower turbo cam waiting to be reunited w/ the head.
