Default SOHC block questions...

I am looking to get a D16Z6 engine to build for a 330whp race/show car. I have someone currently interested in trading my brand new black profec b (I will use the EMS for boost control) for a D16Z6 engine, valve cover to oil pan, no intake mani. the block will be sent to get sleeves, so im not really worried about mileage, but im wondering if that is worth it...I currently have a 00 EX, running AEM EMS, so will this block have any compatability issues with the OBD-II EMS? I will be using my Y8 head and most likely selling the Z6 head, so I will be keeping the OBD-II sensors, dist., IM, etc. thanks for any help.

cliff notes- brand new black profec b worth <>= D16Z6 motor only, cover to oil pan, no IM?

id say the D16Z might be worth $200 also you gotta use the D16Y oil pump and lower timing gear and cover cause it has a crank trigger on it that youll need to keep that OBD-II running.
