Default soch turbo help

i have a few bugs maybe some can help.
first tial 35/38mm wastegate .5bar works fine untill about 5500rpm, in 3rd or 4th gear the boost takes off! i tuned it while it did this and it still does it usually cranks up to about 15 - 17 psi and pulls like crazy! one time i saw 20psi... lifted off the go pedal cuz af started going south... once i fix it it get a boost controller but why is it doing this now with out one and only a .5bar spring?

the next question: when cruising at part throtle.. the motor feels like i lose fuel pressure or the ignition cuts out or the comp pulls the fuel or timing. at any rate i lose all power and have top either lift off the gas or wot.. wot it will run fine, if i lift then get back into the gas it runs fine for about 10 second then it happens again..
why? i changed the fuel filter tryed turning the fuel psi up.. still does it.\
currently running an afc vafc2(sucks) just bought a p28 to crome out but not in yet.
any help

The poor drivability is obviously due to the fact that you are trying to tune a turbo car with a vafc.
