Default so i have a screen on my turbo and am worried about hydrolocking

does anyone know if napa or anyplace like that sells large filters? my intake side of my turbo is adjustable so i can adjust if so the screen is pointing up, wise idea until i can get a filter or will it not makea differnece wether it is pointing up or down? i dont want to ruin 2 grand worth or work

I don't think the turbo is low enough to become submerged in water, so you should be fine.

I cant remember the website, but they have a shitload of stuff for turbo cars. Id get an airfilter just so youre not sucking in dirty air. You can just get like a 90degree pipe so your air filter is up by your hood.

Or try to plumb the filter to where you want it. Like CAI you can plumb it into the fender or run a small scoop for the filter.

If the intake pipe for the turbo isn't on the floor where it can be submerged under water, you will not have a problem...Moisture/rain droplets will evaporate instantly when sucked into a hot turbo...
