PCV valve going back into the intake.....

Had the same problem for the longest time. Got a VSRacing catch can, took the PCV valve out, ran a hose to the can, the outlet to a mini filter, plugged the intake manifold and voila.

Hasnt smoked since.

Thought it was weird that I only saw smoke when the throttle was closed. Turns out the PCV valve wont open AT ALL until it has vacuum in the manifold.

is this kit BRAND NEW? Keep in mind you will smoke a little because of all the paint/contaminants burning off of your manifold, turbo, and exhaust. However, it should only smoke for like 15-20 min at the most. Did it smoke before the install? If its a brand new turbo its most likely everything burning off, if its a used turbo and you NEVER had this problem prior to install you might have an oil seal going bad...

If this is the case its probably the turbo seals or your return line to the pan.
