Default SMC 500 problems

Alright so heres the setup
b16a2 - stock
DSM 450 injectors(black tops) with resitsors on each clip
precision sc44 turbo with 63 exhaust
SMC 500
And either the stock ECU or a p28 ecu with a skunk2 chip..

Problems.. the car just wont stay running.. if i tune everything to 0% then it will start and idle and just step down in idles by 250rpms and then bog out. if i tune the smc to say 40% or so as soon as it starts up it then turns off. When the car does idle the status light blinks like it should. Any one got any ideas?

also can't seem to rev beyond 3k rpms and then it bogs and dies

Sounds like you have to much fuel.

even if i cut it to 59% it does the same thing, atleast at 0% it idles somewhat for a while.. maybe its the injectors they might be bad

PsS....lose the skunk chip, it has no business on a boosted car (ignition advance, among other things)

dont forget the 500 rpm setting or your map signal will be jumping betwen 59% to 35%(default settingg) every 500rpm:try this:
1k,2k,3k,4k,5k,6k,7k,8k-40%
1.5k,2.5k,3.5k,4.5k,5.5k,6.5k,7.5k-40%

you claim trying 59, 40, and 0%. but have you tired anything in between? maybe you've been testing too lean or too rich.

yeah, i've tried 30, 25, 20 35 and 47 too. i set everything to 40. now it starts idles for about 3 seconds then dies, if i give it gas it just boggles a little. if i WOT it will jump 2k rpms fine and then just stop if i pump the gas pedel thats the only timethe revs will climb.. if i just WOT they just clim a little and stop. so maybe 43? or somthing around the 40's might be better? think i need to try diff injectors?

Had same issue on my bros CRX B18B Turbo.. Too much Fule.. tried 2 sets of DSM's and the 2nd set was a Cleaned, Bal. and, Flow tested by RC. Still ran way to rich. So I posted here and everyone said it can't be the SMC has to be the DSMs etc. etc. etc. So I used a freinds Apexi S-AFC and hacked it that way and it WORKS so my bro bought one and thats how hes going to run it... I hate to say it but to me the MSC was a waste of cash.. If any one wants it let me know I also have a set of DSM Blue tops

setting it to -59 ran way to lean on the a/f meeter.. -40 now runs WAY lean this is why its just dying out.. soooo this hopfully means that the mid 30's SHOULD work?
