Default Smallest turbo you guys know of.

I’m looking for a very small turbo. The smallest one I’ve found so far is a 9B. Anyone know of anything smaller?

I don't know the specs, but the one on Arcticat snow mobiles is tiny, they also use a tiny unit on SeaDoos.

On the 04 arctic cat hell fire's i think their name is, they have a baby turbo.I dont know the exact size of the turbo. its a 3cylinder EFI engine. The intake mani looks like the honda SOHC MPFI's, except minus a runner. Even has its own o2 sensor in the downpipe., 1' and 3/4 charge piping, and a mini IC. Totally crazy. My freind has a polaris waverunner that is supercharged. Iknow honda came out with their turbo waverunner. Over the winter i saw a 650cc twin cylinder Ski doo with 300 Track horsepower at 17psi. ***** crazy, runs low nines in the 1/4!!!

Aren’t those IHI turbos really expensive? That gt15 is sick. How much would one of those run? Any pics on it on the go-cart? I still think the 9B is the smallest turbo.

I think it was like $450. I haven't made the manifold yet.

Here's the kart naturally aspirated:

8-10psi on 110octane, since the ignition control is fixed and I'm too lazy to redo it (megasquirt only does fuel unless you use the ford DIS stuff... and I have individual coils). Who knows if the motor will last, but they are really cheap on ebay anyways.

I forget where I put the compressor map for the turbo, at max rpm (11000) for my 500cc engine it is right in the best efficiency circle.

On a side note of turbocharging small motors, is it possible to turbo a 2-cycle motor? I've been trying to figure out a way to boost the Go-Ped scooter...

Ah I was thinking it was a different one. There is a 2stroke one floating around with separate oil pump for the turbo.
