small oil spot on one plug?

on my #2 cylinder the spark plug gets a small dark brown spot on it but it is just in one particular spot on the plug. If it is oil wouldn't it cover the plug a fair amount?
This motor only has 1150mi. on it, any help would be greeaatly appreciated

I am not set up to post pics but it's just a brown spot I keep getting near the bottom electrode
