I've recently noticed that I had a small oil leak that looked like it was coming from the hose clamps on the oil return line. But I looked at it a little more today and noticed that between the turbo and compressor, it is covered with what looks like oil sludge, I can't really tell. I couldn't reach it to see if it was oil. Could my oil seals be bad on the turbo, I bought the turbo brand new about 6 months ago. how could I tell if the seals are bad and how much do oil seals cost and are they hard to change, and could this cause the turbo to lag more?
