Default sleeves or no sleeves

just lookin threw some of the posts and i see that alot of ppl are makin some good power of stock sleeved motors, but then 90% of the ppl on here have a sleeved motor. but my question is, alot of ppl say that its all about the tunning, so would you rather spend a majority of your money on the tunning ( so spend the extra 1k$ that it cost to sleeve on a ems or something to that effect) then spending it on the sleeves and just gettin a more simple managment as say hondata?
so question really is, stock sleeves with ems or some other standalone vs sleeved block on hondata
just a thing i have been thinkin about.

I would rather sleeve my block and get Hondata rather than not sleeve and AEM EMS.

you can get higher whp with a sleeved block like high 500 to 600.. if you have a block with stock sleeves put a block guard in it and u can make 300 to 400 whp... its all about the tuning with both setups.. a good tuned car will hall *** either way. i would get hondata if it was me but that is just my 2 cents..
