Default Sleeved B20 or Dart block?

I'm currently in the process of boosting my EG hatch. I have already bought most of the parts and now i'm thinking about the bottom end.

I can get a B20 block and Darton MID sleeves for $800. Sleeved it would be around $1,200. The second option would be a Dart tall deck block, which would result in a way better r/s ratio with the 89mm crank. The Dart block is $1,800 + hone. I heard about issues with the Dart block with oil leaks. Is the Dart block the extra $600 - $800 worth or would i have no benefit? Are there any other manufactures beside Eagle that makes 5.967" long rods?

You could always go with our sleeves which are about $850! Then you have some more $ for the rest of your build!

IMHO the Dart block for hondas is not worth it at all. For something like a SBF or SBC where you can split the stock block in half with too much power and nothing but a new block is going to change that, then year it's worth it, but when people are making 700+ horsepower on sleeved stock honda blocks, why spend the extra money?
