Default Sleeve twisted
Has anyone ever seen a sleeve twist/rotate in the cylinder? About 15 degrees.

Just got the bare block and crank, H23, today and after looking at it, found it had aftermarket straight sleeves put in and one was 15* rotated

Rotated. I'm not an expert on engine building and I've heard of sleeves sinking/dropping but not rotating.
