Default to sleeve, or not to sleeve

im planning to pull my integra motor in the next couple weeks. Been slowly piecing together a kit, went with a ram horn and a 6262 that i couldnt pass on. How far can i go with my stock sleeves? I dont plan on pushing the turbo to its max, therefor id be pretty happy with anything 450-500 whp. Want to do the weisco/eagle combo 9:1 comp, but curious if thats gonna be pushing my sleeves to much

We've seen stock sleeves crack at 300 and some at 600 and anywhere in between. There's always these guys for a middle step http://www.cylindersupportsystem.com

Sleeve it.
81mm and rebuild from there. It should last a long long time on a good tune.

Stock sleeves hold up well at those power levels particularly with the right tuner and fuel. You can push 400 range with pump gas on stock sleeves but I wouldn't go much further. 600-700 being done on stock sleeves. Some people Run GE block guards for added support. Don't waste your time and money on CSS. Sleeve it or leave it alone IMO
