Default Skunk2 Pro or Victor X intake manifold for my setup

Im in the middle of a slight struggle. I don't know which intake manifold to run.
I currently have a b16 Skunk2 Pro series manifold but was looking into running a victor x, both will run a 70mm TB. For now the motor will stay stock until I get my built motor done so power goals are 280-300 until motor is built (need to be reliable) then the goal is 350-400whp.. The whole point of this build is to create a street car with quick spool and decent power while still providing area under the curve. Please look at the following setup and tell me if I will benefit from the victor x, I figure I could benefit from the larger plenum and shorter runners..

Advice is greatly welcomed and listened to (i know that last part is rare lately)

Setup is
Stock block ls/vtec w/ B16 head
arp headstuds
oem headgasket
Moroso stock replacement oil pan
Oil pan stud kit
Intake manifold stud kit
Exhaust manifold stud kit
Golden Eagle sandwich plate w/feed line
Golden Eagle dowel pins
Go-Autoworks block vent kit
Remote oil filter kit with Setrab oil cooler

Head:
Gasket matched ports (in/ex) and casting marks removed, ports smoothed out and divider wall pushed back and knife edged
Supertech dual springs
Comp/Zex Tool steel retainers
Some sort of cam gear (not sure yet)
Blox Type C's (had them laying around, may or may not run them)
Phenolic intake manifold gasket
Phenolic TB gasket
70mm Skunk2 alpha TB
Skunk2 Pro series intake manifold (or victor x?)
Manifold will be ported for TB

Fuel
Walbro 255 or larger Aeromotive in-tank pump
Aeromotive fuel filter
ERL performance rail (old old old lol)
1000cc injectors
Aeromotive FPR

Turbo setup
Neukin T25 mini ram manifold
Tial 38mm wastegate
TD06H-25C (hybrid 20g/25g compressor wheel)
8cm t25 turbine housing
Manifold and turbine ceramic coated
Possible turbine blanket (DEI Titanium)
3" side exit downpipe
2.5" intercooler piping
PWR intercooler
Turbonetics Raptor BOV

Drivetrain
Competition Clutch 9lb flywheel
Competition Clutch Stage 5 clutch
Potential LSD of some sort, still researching

So im trying to

Im not running the evo turbo. The td06h-25c is a standard Mitsubishi turbo. Originally had a 14cm t3 housing on it (too big) so Im picking up an 8cm t25 with a 3" vband adapter. Has a standard 25g compressor housing. I've heard that the victor x loses power in some places but it gains a lot in others. Enough to negate the losses. I've never seen a dyno plot to show exactly where and how much, since every setup is different. I do think that the smaller plenum of the skunk2 will mean faster spool up (marginally faster) and the longer runners will yield more torque but at the expense of what power?

For the power level and the setup the current manifold will be best overall. Might make a couple less hp at peak rpm but will have a better powerband overall

Why on Gods green earth does he want to run a t4 turbo for probably a small wheel and low output turbo. T4 isn't needed till 700+ hp even then a t3 will get the job done with the right wheel combos lol
