Default skunk2 manifold on ls motor...have a problem..need help

i just got a skunk2 manifold for my b18b1. on the right side of the manifold, if your looking at it from the back, there's the gold pipe deal thats sticking out for a water line. on that gold pipe, there's also another little pipe sticking out from it. what goes to that little pipe? do i just plug it up somehow or what?

sorry i don't have any pics right now to explain what i'm talking about.

anyone know what i'm talking about?

thanks

don't run anything to it. Don't run any water through that at all. The hot water line is designed to conform to emission BS. The longer the intake stays cold, the denser the charge.
