Sizing up a used turbo kit

NEED HELP WITH A USED TURBO KIT !!!!
hey guys..
I'm new here.. glad to see i have somewhere to go now.. anyways, my buddy has a turbo on his LS, wants to sell it to me.. heres a short discription of it-
Used T04 High Bread (.53 A/R - .64 A/R) 4k miles on it
Used Rev Hard (log) manifold
Used TiAL 38mm Wastegate
New Intercooler
Used All I/C piping
New RC 440cc Saturated injectors
New HKS Sequential BOV
He wants 1300 for it, just thought id see if it where worth it to you guys out there.. never ran a t3/t4, or a t4 turbo so i dont know much about em, was wondering where they hit full boost, with that specific trim size i mentioned. and what they can flow.. any help would rock.. thanks

it seems like a decent price, i just let a drag kit go with a to4b ball bearing and brand new 750's for 1800 we cant give you spool specifics till we know what it is goin on. and its hybrid not high bread lol sorry thats too funny.
