Silncer for thermal 3in????
You can weld in a resonator for the mid pipe like I have done, it worked a bit. But the best silence (besides a turbo) is a high flow cat.

even when i first got my greddy SP, i thought that thing was LOUD. now it is so quiet, i can barely hear it. as someone else mentioned, i think it's a matter of getting use to.

Could be ALL my imagination but after I had my thermal on for a few days it was still loud, then I rode in Arts car with the same exhaust and his was alot quieter.. Like i said, may have been my imagination..
Well i've decided that my thermal is a bit too loud. It drowns out my blow off valve even! And i have an inline borla resonator.
Anyways, i've heard that some people have sent in their mufflers to Thermal to get them modified to be a stealth (they put some sort of restrictor cone thingy in the muffler that supposedly reduces the sound by 5dB)..
Has anyone here done that? I tried contacting thermal but haven't heard back yet...

yep 3" cat.. I mean it's not THAT bad, but i'd just prefer it to be a little quieter. Maybe if i dynamatted my interior so that the exhaust didn't actually cause everything inside to rattle, it wouldn't be as annoying
