There's a guy on Ebay that sells Carsound cats for 70 shipped. I know I just bought one.

I think testpipe.com's cats arent carsounds. I was looking around the site and they just say high flow cats but dont mention carsound.

test pipes.com's is made to order and no its not carsounds. there testpipes and cats are custom the quality is good and the sound is good. comes with everything you need to bolt it right up

I told you they sell 3" Carsound Cats for $59!
Call them and you will see. The site lists them as high flow cats. Look at the picture they are Carsound cats. They will even install an O2 bung for next to nothing if you ask them.
