A guy around here is selling a Garret T2 turbo .48a/r .47 trim rebuilt 5,000 miles ago he says its to small for his application will it be all right on my civic dx d16y7 and what should I look for when buying it

any help is appreciated

 

Seems awfully small, but look for shaft play and chipped blades.
