Default sheet metal manifolds

Anyone got experiences with these? I'm talking about manifolds designed like the venom, str, GE style. How are the gains with them compared to something like the Skunk2 or JG ones? Also what kinda of modifications are needed for them to work in a street application.
Any addition info you can give would be great,
Thanks

I was looking to get the GE one for my b18b but really couldnt justify the cost so I bought a skunk2 and now I'm regreting it.

Venom/STR/GE -> good for forced induction applications. You will compensate some of your bottom end power, but you'll pick some up on top end. These are not really that great for N/A applications.

Skunk2/JG ->Great for all motor applications, they will also benifit forced induction as well but the sheet metal ones will provide for more top end gain.
