whats the most popular turbo that people use in the sfwd b series civic/integra and is a gt42r used in sfwd civic/integras

42r's were the thing about a year ago... now it seems the Borg Warner S372 has taken its place.

Yeah bandwagons are a bitch around these parts, lol. Precision sfwd 42r here, seems to be working ok.

Either the 42r or the S372 is the popular turbo.. I think you can buy 1.5 of the S372's for the price of the 42r though..

As for your turbo choice, there's really no question about which of two is going to make more power. The S372R is going to make more power than the Garrett equivalent 42R. The compressor wheel is larger and with the ETT technology, you're going to continue to have cooler air charges even at high PR's. This is the turbo that got Tony Palo into the 8's

"spool" at this point should also not even be much of a concern, considering the relative small displacement of our engines and the size volume of air that this turbo is designed to move for the purpose of drag racing.

Like I said, precision offers a 72mm 42r equivalent for the guys looking for a great turbo. I Have 2 of them in stock ready to ship so please dont go into how they are not readily avaialable.

precision does not offer a divided housing still correct?
