Default SFP Downpipe? Ya or NA

The 2.5 is 150 and the 3 inch 225. You lose your ac with the 3 inch but I already pulled it anyways. I guess what im asking is this a good quality DP or what. If anyone has any experiences with SFP please let me know if their products are good or not. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great, I am too interested in the quality of it. Also, if it comes with an o2 bung welded on the pipe. Pics would be awesome. Thanks.

downpipe has to match the manifold because of turbo placement

so unless you have the sfp manifold, you can't use the downpipe without modification

Thank you Captain Obvious . Ya I forgot to mention that also. So FYI... BoostedSi you'd have to be using an SFP manifold to run their downpipe and they don't custom make downpipes either. I called a couple months back to ask when I was planning on going with a Pann Auto manifold (the one in San Diego). But since SFP is local (kinda... still like 45minute drive) I just decided to go with their manifold and downpipe.

I'm running SFP's long runner tubular manifold on my b18b. I fabricated my own 3" downpipe. If you have the shorty tubular manifold and a standard t3/t4 you'll be ok with a 3" dp, but the long runner manifold places the turbo much further down so you have to watch out for ground clearance. As long as you don't have a slammed car then you'll be fine. If you have a civic chassis i can make one for you. I used 3" mild steel mandrel bent tubing, MIG welds, and ceramic coated it silver.

I just called SFP and talked to Frank. He said their downpipe will bolt up to my rev hard mani, as for other brands i do not know. For the 3 inch DP with a o2 bung hole and a flex pipe you are looking at 300. If you ask me that sounds pretty good. I just might have to order one.

Heh of course it will bolt up, it just won't position the downpipe correctly to clear the oil pan and/or the ground =P

Ok im kinda confused here, wouldnt SFP tell me if it would no work, He sounded pretty sure it woud work. All you would have to do is just weld it to my exhaust.

The downpipe bolts onto the turbine section of your turbo, not the manifold. It doesn't matter which manifold you have, if you have a 5 bolt style garrett turbine then a 5 bolt flanged downpipe will bolt up to it. Same goes for the 4 bolt square pattern. Different manifolds position the turbo different ways so one downpipe might not work with a certain manifold and or chassis. It also depends on which way you have the turbo positioned. Which SFP manifold do you have?
