Im looking to RoadRace my EG hatch with a D16Z6. Iv read a few posts and read through some of the forums about boosting a SOHC. My question is would you run Supercharged or turbo for road racing a SOHC. Naturally aspirated SOHC's seem to have alot of work and not produce good enough HP. If you recommend a turbo what size? I know that for Roadracing im gonna want something small.(I think) any help is appreciated.

 

IMO - the s/c will be better on shorter or slower tracks....and the turbo would be better on longer or faster tracks.
If you auto cross much, s/c would be more beneficial to you.

 

what im looking for is something that would be kind of in between small and longer tracks ya know. If i were to run a super charger which type should i run a vortech or JRSC. Iv heard good and bad about both. Also im looking to get right around 180WHP on stock internals with proper tuning but im not sure what i would need for tuning just a chipped ECU?? and if i go turbo what size turbo??
