Default Setup any good?

I was just wondering if this either of these setups were any good? And I know the second needs a downpipe, but what else would either need besides that? And how much should I expect to be making on a stock B18B?

First Setup:
1 - Blox high silicon ductile iron turbo exhaust manifold with a T3 flange, centered wastgate placement and smoothed exhaust ports
1 - Oil Cooled Garrett/Airesearch T3 Turbo with: Compressor Housing a/r: .42 Turbine Housing a/r: .48, one tial wastegate
1 - 35mm Tial External Wastegate (7psi Spring)
1 - Front Mount Intercooler 22x8x3
1 - Blow off valve
2.25" Intercooler Piping
2.25" Custom made downpipe with a heavy duty flex section (A/C compatible & includes O2 sensor bung)
BBK 255 LPH (Liters Per Hour) High Volume Fuel Pump (Includes strainer assembly, and all necessary hardware
Silicone Couplers and Reducers & Clamps
Steel Braided 3' Oil feed line with all necessary hardware
Oil return line & already tapped B - Series oil pan
440cc injectors with resistor box
2 1/16" White faced Boost gauge
Necessary Vacuum lines and tees

Second Setup:
a drag style manifold for any b-series motor, 38mm external wastegate which is set at 6 psi. Can be bumped up with a boost controller. T04e turbo charger, black intercooler piping with flange for greddy b.o.v. which is included. Jdm intercooler, dsm 390cc injectors-new.Dump tube for the wastegate

I know the second setup descrip. is kinda vague, but it says its got everything needed except a downpipe, so.

Please help me out, guys.
