Setting up Bosch 1000cc Injectors
I received a sheet from Tony when I bought the injectors, and I'm not quite sure what exactly needs configured on the AEM.
Just need the car to idle/etc b/c it's getting trailered to the tuner on Wednesday.
It's an 05 S2K with a stock fuel system.
The chart has voltage/dead times and I'm a little fuzzy on what row I need to use.
Also, on the AEM, it starts @ 6volts, and the sheet I was given starts @ 8volts?
If someone could kindly shed some light on the subject for me, I'd appreciate it.
Also, once the cals are loaded for the injectors, is this going to throw off my maps?
Thanks in advance

Re: Setting up Bosch 1000cc Injectors
~40psi?
If thats the case, I take 40psi, add the fact I am going to run between 15-20psi of boost and use the 60 dead times?
If thats the case, then what do I do in the AEM when it ask for 6/7 voltage dead times and I don't have any info for that colomn?

All you do is plug in the deadtimes for the voltage. You shouldn't have to do any conversions as the Bosch spec sheet and AEM both use micro seconds. So just plug the values in.
Just put what you have for the 8 volt column into the 6/7 volt column.. or just add a little bit to it. You should never see that range anyway.

Re: Setting up Bosch 1000cc Injectors
Sounds good, thanks.
Does my math seem correct though? Thats how you determine what row to use by adding your base fuel pressure and target boost pressure?
Also, once the injectors are configured, do I have to change the overall fuel map, or will it be ok?
Thanks guys, appreciate the help!

I usually put in the values for the base fuel pressure.
Also by changing the injector battery table it will change your a/f.. so the map will needs some tweaking if the change the values is drastic.
