Seem slow for 7psi?
We went to the track this past weekend with my brothers car. He just put on the turbo kit a few weeks ago so we haven't had the chance to tune the car. Obviously the car will get a little faster once we get it all tuned up correctly, though I would think the car would be running faster than it is still being untuned. The car ran a best of 13.8 @ 100mph on 22x8x15 slicks which wouldn't normally bring up any concerns if it were done on normal street tires... (ran 14.7 before N/A on street tires) The car was being launched at 8K with 12psi in the tires... car seemed to feel boggish off the line, etc.. which will, or should be solved once tuned...
Anyhow, my question is, doesn't 13.8 @ 100 MPH seem a little slow for this particular setup? I'd think it'd be closer to low 13s flat on slicks and at least be over 100MPH. Thoughts?? What are others running for times on a stock 7psi B16 setup on average??
Car Setup:
94 Coupe w/full interior
JDM b16a Block/Tranny (internally stock)
ITR b18c5 Head+IM (internally stock)
Rev Hard Stage 2C Kit (T3/T04E beleive 60 trim) at 7psi of boost
Walbro 255 Intank Pump
Hondata S200B
RC 440's
Greddy Evo Exhaust w/o cat
Few Video's (notice even launching at 8K the car falls on its face or hesitates a bit):

sounds right, if a b16 puts 140 to the wheels, and .5 bar add 50% power that puts it about 210HP. And if a lot of timing is pulled in the basmap it may make less. Turn up the boost and get it tuned!

Re: (ITSME4G63)
I'll have to talk to my brother about the exact time slip... as for the the 60's I know he averaged 2.0's with 1.9xx being the best. Not the best sixty ft's but with the bogging outta the hole he couldn't keep the power up. He's a decent driver... before the turbo, he ran 14.7 on streets full interior, big stereo etc..

That is a good time for "N/A"... this is a boosted setup..

Re: (erics99si)
my friends got almost your same setup
94 coupe full interior
stock JDM B16
stock clutch
t3/t4 60-1
2 1/4 DP with a 2 1/4 dump under back seat
AEBS intake mani
RC 440's w/ walbro 255
barely tuned on uberdata, only AFR's tuned with conservative timing retard (.8* per PSI)
on beat *** street tires (195/60/15) with 20 psi in the tires he ran the following
6.5 psi - 13.9@104
8 psi - 13.4@107
10 psi 13.5@109
the car had faster runs in it but we ran out of time.

Looks like you were hitting the factory fuel cut. That will most likely prevent the turbo from building boost off the line. I can see that once you get going, it picks up pretty nicely.
Before doing anything else, get it tuned with some form of engine management like everyone says. Depending on what system you go for, you should set it up with a 2-step/ignition retard to help build boost off the line

Re: (Tony the Tiger)
He has the Hondata S200B, which brings me to a question concerning the launch limiter feature with you hondata users... When he's sitting at the staging line waiting for the tree to light up, flooring the pedal should raise RPM's up to the decired set limit but also start building boost just sitting stationary correct? If so, how much boost do you S200B users build before launch.. What RPM do most of you guys launch around?

your not really gonna build boost without a load on the motor especially with only a 1.6L and a big turbo like a 60 trim.

Not sure if the S200B has 2-step retard function, but if it does, it will retard ignition timing/add fuel to create enough exhaust energy to build boost off the line.
