Default Doesn't this seem slow?

We went to the track this past weekend with my brothers car. He just put on the turbo kit a few weeks ago so we haven't had the chance to tune the car. Obviously the car will get a little faster once we get it all tuned up correctly, though I would think the car would be running faster than it is still being untuned. The car ran a best of 13.8 @ 100mph on 22x8x15 slicks which wouldn't normally bring up any concerns if it were done on normal street tires... (ran 14.7 before N/A on street tires) The car was being launched at 8K with 12psi in the tires... car seemed to feel boggish off the line, etc.. which will, or should be solved once tuned...

Anyhow, my question is, doesn't 13.8 @ 100 MPH seem a little slow for this particular setup? I'd think it'd be closer to low 13s flat on slicks and at least be over 100MPH. Thoughts?? What are others running for times on a stock 7psi B16 setup on average??

Car Setup:

94 Coupe w/full interior
JDM b16a Block/Tranny (internally stock)
ITR b18c5 Head+IM (internally stock)
Rev Hard Stage 2C Kit (T3/T04E beleive 60 trim) at 7psi of boost
Walbro 255 Intank Pump
Hondata S200B
RC 440's
Greddy Evo Exhaust w/o cat

Few Video's (notice even launching at 8K the car falls on its face or hesitates a bit):

no its not a 1/2 sec. difference @ 1000ft. here at LACR which is 2567 feet above sea level there is about a 1/2 second difference.
search google for a conversion for the altitude of your track.

you are launching a car at 8k on an untuned turbo kit, even if that engine is built(I hope it is) You are probably f()ckin up that angine.

best 60' of the night was a high 1.9xx almost 2.0 which isn't terrible though could have been better had the car kept solid power off the line rather than bogging down. The main reason why I'm so curious is my previous car (99 Si) had a stock JDM ITR in it and I pulled 13.5 @ 100mph averaging 1.8-9 sixties in that thing all day long on the exact same slicks launching @ the same rpm..

Torque makes for a quicker 60' that JDM ITR motor has more off the line, B16s pull like D series below 4000 and big turbos dont help that.

I went 14.5 @ 105 on a 1.68 60ft last friday...

get that **** tuned, run S200b for tuning, run 24 in slicks, i barely read through the rest of the thread.

Edit after reading it... 22s are puny 23.5 or 24 at least. Whats your 60fts?

we were doing high 1.9's.. once we get it tuned the times should drop quite a bit... I've been playing with his fuel a little bit and it's already pulling a lot harder... Once I have it totally tuned we'll head back down to the track in a few weeks and see what, if any improvements are.

Don't start scratching your head until it's tuned...

Not tune and your drag race that sh*t? I hope you don't F*ck anything up already. that Hondata S200 is pretty good but it need at least 3hrs tunning. You launch at 8K>>>damn. I can't even get traction lauching my turbocharge T3/T04e GSR at 5K.
