Seeking d-series cam recommendations for boost application
So, I have to pick out a cam for my top end build now. I had targeted a Bisi cam but after looking into it, I find there are MANY recommendations to stay away from these despite their tremendous potential. I don't want to spend 500 bucks for a cam that may only last a few thousand miles, destroy my rockers, or just break entirely.. I can't just put in a general question of "what cam should I use"; that's like asking what tires I should run... It all depends on my use and setup.. What I would like to see are those that are running anything other than stock cam, the supporting setup, and if it is daily driven, raced, daily with some track, etc... What cam? How long has it been in use? Problems? Added info?
Price isn't much an issue as I have already earmarked a budget and frankly, 500 bucks seems to have been 1.5 times greater than Bisi's closest competitor.
Thanks in advance!

From my D series turbo days, people always had success with Zex cams. But that was 10+ years ago
