Searched... What type of spark plug should i Use? very confused!

Searched... What type of spark plug should i Use? very confused!
alright well i got a 99 crv motor in my 90 integra.
The crv calls for ZFR5F-11's
The 90 integra motor calls for BCPR5E-11
than just outta curiousity my 98 GS-R calls for BKR6E-11
I only want to go 1 heat range colder, a 6 from the stock 5 my motor is running
I hear a lot of people recommending the BKRE(7/8)E-11's when running high HP but im only running about 7 psi soo i figured a 6 heat range will be fine does this sound right and whats the ZFR prefix as opposed to the BKR prefix?

At that boost and power level you can run:
zfr6
bcpr6
bkr6
bkr7
r5671a-7... gap them anywhere from .028" to .032"
