Re: SC63 came in today... (RyanAutry)
I suck at trims.. Ive been calling art quite a bit lately for trim advise and such.. I think this is a 76 trim turbine Ill have to check the onvoice to see what the other specs are.
Unfortunately we are dropping this on a stock sleeve piston/rod C5 block, so I will stop turning up the boost at around 550 MAX. I just want a solid 400 on pump gas.
Ill keep you guys posted.

Re: SC63 came in today... (Arturbo)
So what are the differences in terms of spool up time, support of hp and efficiency etc... comparing the SC63 and T3/T4 60 trim .63ar turbo?
Also what are the main differences in terms of their construction?

$1100 it is considered a custom turbo and therefor costs more now.

But enough to make a difference.
If i remember correctly, this turbo made 708whp on a 2.0L Honda motor.

I was unde the impression that the SC63 was NOT an off the shelf turbo, and could only be custom made and purchased by/from precison.

Not true that wheel is a Garrett GT series wheel, it is a successor or replacement for the T66 wheel.
