Default sc34 too small for k20?

im using a sc34 turbo on a k20 swap and only boasting 15lbs close 300hp to the wheels. do you have any sugestion why this is happening.
my set up is sc34 turbo, custom manifold, in line fuel pump, vortex fmu 12-1, safc2, 550 injectors.
when on the dyno it spools fast but dies after later rpm.
my goal is 350hp @ 15 psi.

Tune it with an actual stand alone... ditch the AFC/FMU setup. You'll see the power with good tuning.
