Safe boost level foe d15b vtec?

I use my car for a daily driver and was wondering what is a safe boost level considering I don't want to replace my engine every month...?

v-afc dsm injectors 6-8psi
hondata (or like) 10psi

I drive my hard everyday with 7.5 psi with 310cc injectors hacked untuned.
