Default Safe boost level

So here in the next week i am gonna be throwin a lot at my hatch. its a stock ls block with 60k on it. anyway ill be runnin a t3/60-1, top mount manifold, 650's, pump, and hondata s300....much more just to list a few. anyway what would be a good boost level to keep it still reliable cuz it will be the daily for the next few months.....i was told i should be fine around 15psi on a good tune, but i think ill keep it right around 12.
