yo, have a 93' civic coupe. gsr type-r motor out of 2001 integra i believe. has 40,xxx on it. im running a garrett turbo at 7psi. i was wondering what was safe boost for stock internals to where i dont have to worry about blowing my motor. when racing or w.e. i usually shift about 6500 or 7000 rpm. let me know. thanks guys

forget about a psi number just get a good tune and keep it under 300hp, and rev it out no reason to shift that early.
