Basicly the higher compression will make it easier for the motor to knock. So what nickromeo is suggesting are ways to make the motor more resistant to knock. The highest octane fuel you can afford and water injection is a great idea. I would also suggest a good intercooler, especially if you don't do water injection.

water injection is alittle bot much for what he wants..... you will need rce gas to make around 400 though.....

i would lower the compression if i were u, better safe than sorry, my itr motor has 11:1 compression and i used a cometic hg, in case u really wanna keep that compression at least get the ARPīs.

Re: safe to boost this? (RedR)
yea i was thinking about doubling the head gasket...i already have arp head studs..i was thinking of slapping in arp rod bolts as well..if the head is coming off to put the new headgasket

Re: safe to boost this? (vtec2nv)
i wouldnt boost that high of compression, i would get a cometic headgasket and lower the compression to make it as safe as possible, but if you want to run that high of compression good fuel management is needed along with a great tuner
