Honda ECU does not log the ECT correctly. It will peak and then not come down. Hondata, Neptune, and ECtune from what I have seen log about the same.

I am 194-198, but I have my fan triggered at 198. On neptune.

Sound like you have a hot engine bay.

With water and water wetter (and a TON of underhood heat from keeping my AC on 96 degree days) I'm seeing about 200-220. Once it hits 220 my check engine light comes on and the car won't boost until it cools down like a limp mode effect. My actual guage isn't going past the center line (stock gauge), but I know that it's not super accurate or fast to react either.

If yoru engine bay is real hot you need to wrap or coat the manifold and DP and vent it as well. i just use spacers on the hinges and it works well. As for temps hot unde the hood will increase engine operation temps. first get under the hood cooler and see where you are at temp wise then if still hot start workin on airflow to the radiator.

you shouldnt b getting to 220. you have an airflow problem and sounds like to small of a fan and are you running a second fan with a/c ?

my temps never go over 200 with a/c on in my dc2. Ive got a spa top mount full a/c and p/s half core radiator mishimoto with a 14" zirgo byond cool fan 2300cfm along with a 12" mishimoto pusher fan on the driver side for the condenser. i noticed 203 tems without the second fan and now only 200 with the second fan.
