launch control only has fuel cut from my experience with the ability to alter the timing, but the main rev limiter has fuel plus ignition

no launch control can use fuel+igntion also. i tried it.

just wondering which is better and why? one more harmful than the other? or does it even matter?

Ignition cut ftw. Safer for the car and will build more boost. Not sure if hondata has this option however.

add fuel cut ignition will help build boost at the line but it will heat up the motor quick.
i have my set at 7500 rpm with +10 on fuel and -10 on ign it work great

for the rev limiter it has an option for fuel or fuel + ignition... for the 2-step you can add fuel and retard timing there really isnt an options, you either plug in a number or you dont... but on the subject of the rev limiters, which of the two choices do you guys use?

the option for the rev limiter (fuel or fuel+ignition) affect the launch control rev limiter also. so like i said three times already the 2step can be either fuel or fuel+ignition cut. which is better or more harmful?

I thought Hondata couldn't pull negative degrees in timing?
