Honda s300 launch control values atmospheric
I would like to know what values to put for launch control ?
Currently i have : Always on / max speed 6 mhp.
Launch limiter rpm : 5500rmp
Nothing in fuel & ignition.I would like to get some flares and pops, what settings do you recommend?
Edit fuel & ignition parameters ?
Thanks.
I know it's dangerous for the engine, and I know that you can blow the engine. I only want it for specific moments as concentrations.

Add fuel and reduce ignition timing until you get the results you want... and start saving for a new engine right now.

Nothing funnier than a ricer sitting at a red light bouncing off a rev limiter with flares and pops out the back of a fart can muffler. Then when the light turns is bogs and sputters coming off the line and gets beat by a fully loaded dump truck not trying to race. Just saying!
if it is just for show, buy yourself some old lead sled exhaust spark plug flame throwers, much safer for your engine.

What your looking for is the nasty gun shot sound I'm assuming. This is mostly done by changing the rev limiter from fuel cut only to fuel and ignition cut. If it's a turbo car you can retard timing about 30-40 degrees and add a couple hundred units of fuel or play around with the fuel till it sounds nasty. I usually have the antilag parameters set a few hundred rpm below the launch control rpm.
